Claiming your discount is simple
1. Mention it when you book. Tell us you hold a Seniors Card or Carer Card when you call or send a quote request, and we will apply the discount to your quote up front, before you commit to anything.
2. Show your card on the day. Have your card ready when the technician arrives. A quick look is all we need.
3. Pay the discounted price. The 10 per cent comes off your invoice. No vouchers, no codes, nothing to print out.

Do I need to book differently to get the discount?
No. Book the way you normally would, by phone or through the quote form, and just mention that you hold a Seniors Card or Carer Card.
Does the discount apply to commercial work?
The 10 per cent discount applies to residential pest control services. For commercial premises, call us and we will quote competitively on the job.
Can my carer book on my behalf?
Yes. A carer can arrange the booking and be present on the day. Carer Card holders are also entitled to the discount in their own right.
Is the service any different at the discounted rate?
No. Same inspection, same licensed technician, same products and the same guarantee on the work.
I am a pensioner but do not have a Seniors Card. Can I still get a discount?
The 10 per cent discount is tied to the Victorian Seniors Card and Carer Card programs. If you are an age pensioner you are generally eligible for a Seniors Card through Seniors Online. Call us anyway and we will do our best on price.
Is this a genuine government program?
