4S Pest Control services homes and businesses across Melbourne. We started with a simple observation: most people do not want a sales pitch when they call a pest controller. They want someone to answer the phone, come out promptly, identify what they are actually dealing with, and fix it.
That is the business we have built. Every job begins with an inspection, because a cockroach problem in a townhouse and a cockroach problem in a commercial kitchen need different approaches. We use products and methods appropriate to the property, and we tell you what we found, including when the answer is that you do not need the treatment you called about.

Are your treatments safe around children and pets?
Products are selected and applied with occupants in mind, and your technician will explain any precautions before treatment, such as staying off treated surfaces until dry, or moving pet bedding and food bowls. If anyone in the household has specific health sensitivities, tell us when you book so we can plan accordingly.
How long does a general treatment take?
Most residential general treatments take between 45 and 90 minutes depending on the size of the property and the areas being treated. Termite inspections generally take longer because of the roof void, subfloor and perimeter.
Do I need to leave the property during treatment?
For most general treatments you do not need to leave, though we usually ask that people and pets stay out of rooms while they are being treated and until surfaces are dry. Your technician will confirm this on the day.
How soon will I see results?
That depends on the pest and the method. Sprayed surfaces start working immediately, while baiting for cockroaches, ants or rodents works through the colony or population over one to three weeks, sometimes with activity increasing briefly before it drops off.
Do you service commercial premises outside trading hours?
Yes. Commercial programs are scheduled around your operation, including early mornings, evenings and after close where required.
